According to the Public Relations report of Kaveh Tikmeh-Dash Steel Industries, on the afternoon of 30th of October 2024, a training course on labor arbitration was held at the Kaveh Tikmeh-Dash Steel Industries factory with the presence of the Deputy and the Labor Relations Manager of the General Directorate of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare at the workplace. This course, organized by the Management of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources of Kaveh Tikmeh-Dash Steel Industries, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Cooperation, Labor, and Social Welfare, and with the presence of members of the labor dispute resolution authorities, covered current educational topics aimed at empowering the members of the dispute resolution authorities and enhancing their knowledge, retraining in arbitration laws, planning strategies to reduce dispute cases, and ensuring maximum benefit for individuals in the field of labor disputes. These were presented to the attendees by Mr. Hatami, the Deputy of Relations at the General Directorate of Cooperation, Labor, and Social Welfare of the province.It is noteworthy that in this training course, the heads of the Labor Department and the Diagnosis Committee, representatives of workers and employers, and members of the Labor Dispute Resolution Councils of the cities of Mianeh, Sarab, Bostanabad, Hashtrud, and Charoymaq were present.
