During a ceremony attended by the Deputy Minister of the National Environment Organization and provincial officials, the dedusting project of the Kaveh Tikmeh-Dash Steel Industries smelting unit was put into operation with a credit expenditure of over 450 billion rials.

According to the public relations of Kaveh Tikmeh-Dash Steel Industries, Eng. Majid Yarigar, CEO of the company, said at the ceremony, which was held on Friday, June 9, 2023, at the Kaveh Steel Specialized Industrial Park: “One of the most key elements in sustainable development is protecting the environment and respecting its characteristics, and in this regard, Kaveh Tikmeh-Dash Steel Industries, despite having an external dust collector system, launched a modern dedusting system at a cost of 450 billion rials.”

Pointing out that the implementation of this project was a great demonstration of “we can do it,” he added: “The design, executive plans, supervision, etc. of this project were carried out by the Academic Jihad of Iran University of Science and Technology, and the construction of the majority of the equipment, its assembly, and installation were carried out by the company’s technical and engineering experts and teams.”

Engineer Yarigar concluded by saying: “This major project would not have been possible without the support of the relevant executive agencies, and in this regard, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Provincial and County Environmental Protection Organization, the Provincial Directorate of Industry, Mines and Trade, the Bostan Abad County Governorship, and other organizations.
